Samsung is expected to launch its flagship Galaxy Tab S8 series next year, which may include Galaxy Tab S8 Ultra, Galaxy Tab S8+ and Vanilla Galaxy Tab S8. Renderings of the upcoming model have now surfaced online, revealing the design and key specifications. The highlight of the high-end model Samsung Galaxy Tab S8 Ultra is the dual selfie camera setup.

According to the rendering shared by Twitter EV (@evleaks), the Galaxy Tab S8 Ultra has the thinnest frame among the three models. It is also expected to be equipped with two selfie cameras on the front, placed in a center-aligned notch. The power button and volume rocker will appear on the top edge of the tab. Galaxy Tab S8+ and Galaxy Tab S8 are expected to have similar designs.

In the latest report, the upcoming Galaxy Tab S8 Ultra was found on Geekbench. According to reports, the code names of these three tablets are Basquiat 3, Basquiat 2 and Basquiat 1. A Samsung Galaxy Tab S8 Ultra tablet with model SM-X906N was recently discovered on Geekbench. The list indicates that this high-end model will be equipped with a "Taro" processor, the Snapdragon 8 Gen 1 processor.

Earlier leaks indicate that the Exynos processor will power the S8 tag series. But the new Geekbench listing means it will be equipped with Snapdragon 898. According to a previous report, Samsung is expected to launch 2020 Galaxy Buds Live, Galaxy Tab S8 variants, Galaxy Watch 5, etc. in 2022. According to reports, Samsung’s wireless division has shared business plans for 2022 with 30 major partners. These wireless products include tablets, laptops, smart watches and wireless headphones. It further added that the technology giant plans to ship 33.6 million Galaxy Tabs in 2022.

However, the report contradicts the latest rendering, which shows that the series will include the Galaxy Tab S8, Galaxy Tab S8 Lite, Galaxy Tab S8+ and Galaxy Tab S8 Ultra.

The Samsung Galaxy Tab S8 Ultra may be equipped with a dual rear camera setup, including a 13-megapixel main sensor and a 5-megapixel secondary sensor. For video calls and selfies, it can have an 8-pixel sensor and a 5-pixel ultra-wide-angle lens on the front. It can be equipped with a 14.6-inch OLED display with a refresh rate of 120Hz.

The S8 option card is available in 8GB + 128GB and 12GB + 512GB configurations. It is said that S8 Ultra is equipped with a large 12,000mAh battery that supports 45W fast charging. Its weight can be 650 grams.
