Black exterior details and sports interiors offer diesel, gasoline engines, mild hybrid and plug-in hybrid Dynamic Chassis Control (DCC) and numerous auxiliary systems available. Skoda is expanding its Octavia series by launching new SportLine models. SportLine models are designed to provide an enhanced dynamic appearance, with black exterior details, a three-spoke multi-function sports steering wheel and sports seats with integrated headrests. Available as a hatch or cabin, both can be ordered with optional DCC dynamic chassis control and many driver assistance systems. The series includes diesel engines, gasoline engines, mild hybrid and plug-in hybrid versions. The appearance of the new model is designed with black details similar to the SportLine models of other Skoda models. The unique front spoiler, Skoda grille frame, rear diffuser and Skoda lettering on the tailgate are all in bright black. There is also a black rear spoiler in the hatch. The standard equipment of the Octavia SportLine includes 18-inch Vega wheels. Octavia SportLine is equipped with efficient gasoline and diesel engines, plug-in hybrid and mild hybrid technology, and provides front-wheel drive or all-wheel drive. The power output ranges from 85 kW (115 PS) to 150 kW (204 PS). The 110 kW (150 PS) 1.5 TSI can be equipped with 7-speed DSG and mild hybrid technology, while the 140 kW (190 PS) 2.0 TSI is equipped with DSG and all-wheel drive as standard. The output power of the plug-in hybrid model is 150 kW (204 PS), and the 2.0 TDI can be ordered for 85 kW (115 PS), 110 kW (150 PS) and 147 kW (200 PS). The 110 kW (150 PS) diesel engine is optionally equipped with DSG and all-wheel drive, while the 147 kW (200 PS) diesel engine comes standard with these. DCC dynamic chassis control is provided as an option, providing settings from comfort to sports, and continuously adjusting the damping characteristics of the car. Optional safety features include Crew Protect Assist, an active occupant protection system with rollover function, safety assistance systems such as collision avoidance assist and steering assist, and a new central airbag between the front seats. Inside, the SportLine includes fabric finishes around the dashboard and piano black trim strips. The sports seats have integrated headrests and are equipped with a breathable ThermoFlux interior.
