Mark Towle and his team at Gotham Garage worked hard to build their ambitious concept car and bicycle, but things did not go as planned.

The third season of "Car Master: Get Rich from Rust" is very active. Over the years, the store’s modifications have been lacklustre, as is the third season, with only a few vehicles that are very cool. These include the 6-figure Woody Hot-Rod, the wildfire Harley-Davidson that Tony created creatively for his uncle, and the rare Ford Stepside.

Update December 2021: If you are a fan of "Car Masters: Get Rich in Rust" and "Gotham Garage", you will be happy to know that we have updated this article to provide what we can find about them and their concepts All the latest information on bikes, as well as bike construction.

Both the Gotham Garage and Car Masters auto shows have received considerable criticism because of the poor assembly and surface treatment of their finished cars, as well as the overall manufacturing quality. However, considering all factors, they have successfully held the baton of creativity and therefore scored the highest score, and it is still one of the most interesting shows in the gearbox.

But for the team, the most ambitious and driven project is the concept car and motorcycle duo. The car is Mark’s dream project, and after a long time in his mind, he wants to realize it. This is also one of the most expensive projects undertaken by the team. The motivation comes from impressing people with their 1960 copy of the Pontiac XNR concept car and donating it to the Peterson Automobile Museum.

However, this pair of car and motorcycle duo is very different and special, especially for Mark. He had this design since he was a child, and finally decided to make his dream a reality. Can they crack the biggest nut? ! Well, it's complicated.

Mark and his team started their most ambitious build, but things did not go exactly as planned.

Mark has always been a creative person, and this can be clearly seen in the bold and abstract architecture that Gotham Garage has provided us over the years. He also happens to have a special dream sketch, which has been fine-tuned over the years. He has been controlling his enthusiasm and turning this 15-20 year old dream sketch into reality. This is exactly what happened in season 3 of "Car Master: Get Rich from Rust".

Although it is certainly not the best looking car we have ever seen, the design is futuristic, and the smooth slender lines and curved glasses complement the new atmosphere. Although it is indeed an ambitious project, it will also cost the team a huge price. Therefore, they obviously took a huge risk and used all their cash reserves in the hope of making a fortune with this concept car.

Mark chose to buy the 1993 Chevrolet Corvette ZR1 to support his dream concept car. It was chosen because it is easy to access and comes with a low, high HP packaging. The stock car outputs 405 HP and 385 lb-ft of torque from the sweet V8 engine.

ZR1 has a low profile, sturdy chassis, and strong exhaust potential. It happens to be the perfect choice for Mark. What is impressive is that Shawn quickly purchased a well-preserved sample for the team at a price of $18,000. .

The team first stripped off the body of the car, which caused a lot of damage to Sean, because he was a Corvette lunatic! Then Mark called Starr Creations, and he also made the XNR bodywork for Gotham Garage. These people use laser beams to digitize the shape and dimensions of the car, and then shape the body that fits like a glove. The body is made of fiberglass, and the transportation speed is very fast.

The team continues to refine and fit the body. It has a huge convex windshield and a set of four headlights and six taillights. They went all out, with a huge rear spoiler and wild splitter at the front and rear. This is obviously not elegant, but an honor to make full use of creativity. The interior adopts a brown interior, and separate instruments are distributed on the center console.

As for the cockpit layout, it has an LCD display behind the steering wheel, which can use the camera to project front and rear views, which has a futuristic feel. These doors are two-sided hinged doors developed in-house. All of them are painted in bright yellow to show their loud appeal, and then go with Gotham Garage accessories.

During the concept car manufacturing process, Mark looked a little dull. He wants more! This is why the idea of a concept bicycle emerged. In order to get this bike, they decided to upgrade the Toyota Prius, which was acquired as a trading vehicle in the Woody Hot Rod deal.

This is a once-in-a-lifetime transaction, and Shawn is lucky to find someone who is willing to exchange Busa for Prius! Tony and Constance’s task is to convert Hayabusa into twins that are compatible with the concept car.

Tony and Constance continued to make bicycles, and they took the superbike apart. Then they changed to a longer and wider rocker arm to hold the huge 300mm tires. The custom body is made of steel and then welded to the frame. The last part includes the same Gotham Garage accessories as in the car. All of this is done with the same bright yellow paint as the car.

The staff of Car Masters ran into trouble as they approached the completion of the construction, as they learned that the auction was cancelled due to the Covid-19 situation. They stayed for a while, but when Tony came up with the idea of holding an online auction, they went back to the original state. Sean and Mark expressed doubts about this, but continued, because this was their only choice. The auction price starts at US$100,000 and the highest is US$195,000.

But this is too low for Mark, because he wants two people to get at least $250,000. Even on the verge of canceling the auction, Dan stayed and told him that he could make $225,000, but Mark was still unhappy. Therefore, the concept car and bicycle duo of Gotham Garage remained unsold at the end of season 3.

For now, there is currently no new information about the yellow concept car and bicycle. Fans are likely to have to wait patiently for Season 4 to see if the staff at Gotham Garage will eventually be able to sell it. This is probably what the production team has always planned.
