In 2022, Lincoln's four crossover/SUV lineups will undergo slight changes across the board. Corsair, Nautilus and Aviator all come with modified external color palettes and numerous equipment and appearance kit updates. However, the most important upgrade is Lincoln's largest SUV Navigator, which became the first model in the brand's lineup to use ActiveGlide semi-autonomous driving technology. The shape of the Navigator before and after has also undergone slight changes. All power systems of the entire model line are carried forward.

The specific changes to each model are listed below in alphabetical order.

Entering its third year of production, Lincoln's smallest crossover will undergo a minor paint and packaging upgrade in 2022. The exterior color palette adds Bronze Smoke Metallic, Elite Blue Metallic and Ocean Drive Blue Metallic. Lincoln no longer offers Artisan Blue, Burgundy Velvet and Ice Mocha.

The new luxury package decorated by Reserve and Grand Touring includes a head-up display and a 13-speaker Revel sound system. In addition, Grand Touring trim integrates its Elements and Technology packages into one Elements Technology package, which includes functions such as hands-free lifting doors, dynamic bending LED headlights and 24-way perfect position seats.

The Lincoln Nautilus mid-size SUV offers Base, Reserve and Black Label decorations, which will remain basically unchanged in 2022, except for the revised exterior color palette and minor packaging updates. The new paint colors include bronze smoky metallic, gilded green metallic and chromatic caviar. Nautilus no longer offers artisan blue, emerald, iced mocha, red carpet and chrome copper. Inside, Nautilus Black Label received a new Black Label Flight interior theme.

The new premium kit available (standard with Reserve and Black Label trims) includes 18-inch machined aluminum wheels, electric tilt/retractable steering wheel, universal garage door opener, and connected built-in navigation with voice-activated touch screen. The Reserve decoration also offers a new luxury package available with hands-free electric lift gates and a 13-speaker Revel audio system.

The Lincoln Aviator 3-row mid-size SUV will accept the paint color change and package re-adjustment in 2022. Bronze smoke metal, gilded green metal, and flying blue metal are new additions to the exterior palette. Iced Mocha, Ocean Drive Blue and Red Carpet are no longer available. In addition, Lincoln has stopped using Aviator's Slate interior.

Wireless charging is now the standard configuration of Aviator Reserve and Grand Touring accessories, while the head-up display and phone-to-key function are now the standard configuration of Reserve I and Grand Touring I kits. The convenience pack is no longer available, and its functionality is now available separately as a standalone option. The lighting kit now pairs newly added LED fog lights with adaptive pixel LED headlights.

In addition, the new monochrome exterior kit provides a unique black, white and gray color scheme, as well as oversized 22-inch wheels and exterior elements in the same color as the body. At the top of the series is the new Premium package with 20-inch bright machined aluminum wheels and panoramic sunroofs with electric sunshades.

Lincoln's largest SUV Navigator became the first semi-automatic system in the brand's model series to provide ActiveGlide. The system has an upgraded intelligent adaptive cruise control system with stop-and-go, lane centering assistance and traffic sign recognition functions. This technology allows hands-free driving on more than 130,000 miles of roads in the United States and Canada.

Inside, the 2022 Navigator is equipped with a segmented first second-row massage seat and a larger 13.2-inch infotainment display with enhanced voice recognition. The revised exterior elements include new front-end styling with an updated iconic grille, new standard adaptive pixel projector headlights and 3D taillights.
