Google’s latest hardware for 2022 is here in the form of the Pixel 7 and Pixel 7 Pro. They have improved internals, better software, and new camera features. But, the charging speed remains the same as last year. What’s also like last year is that you don’t get a charger in the box. So, we decided to dig through the internet and find the best fast chargers for the Pixel 7 and Pixel 7 Pro.

All the chargers mentioned here will fast-charge your Pixel 7 and Pixel 7 pro up to 30W which is the maximum supported speed. Users also say that it gets pretty hot to the touch when charging the phone which is understandable due to the small surface area to dissipate heat. It doesn’t affect the charging speeds, though.

The Google 30W USB-C power adapter is a standard 30W charging brick that just has a single USB-C port. Given its large size, Google should have opted to provide 2 USB-C ports on the adapter to charge 2 devices simultaneously. For those looking for first-party accessories only, the Google USB-C charger makes sense.

While the Google charger itself isn’t any special, you get a little bonus in the pack in the form of the Google Pixel USB-C charging cable. This is helpful if you want to have separate chargers next to your bed, on your desk, or even in your car. Since it’s a first-party charger, you get the best compatibility with the Pixel 7 and Pixel 7 Pro. It’s also well-liked among the masses for being reliable.

The 45W output of the UGREEN Nexode charger means you can fast-charge two smartphones simultaneously which is excellent, especially in this compact form factor. In fact, you can use this as a multi-purpose travel adapter since the 45W output via a single USB-C port is also sufficient to charge laptops like the 13-inch MacBook Pro or even some Windows Ultrabooks.

Apart from being versatile, this GaN adapter is also great for traveling since it has a compact form factor along with foldable plugs. It has a metallic construction that also makes it durable. Overall, this is the best fast charger for the Pixel 7 and Pixel 7 Pro in our opinion in terms of the price-to-performance ratio.

This Spigen GaN charging station outputs 65W of power which means it’s primarily meant to charge laptops. However, the inclusion of additional ports means you can use it as a multi-purpose travel adapter to charge up to 4 devices on the go. You can use one USB-C port to charge a MacBook Air or a small laptop while the other one can charge your Pixel 7 or Pixel 7 Pro.

The additional USB-A ports can be used for low-power devices. Unlike other adapters on this list that directly plug into an outlet, this one has a detachable cable that plugs into the charger on one end and goes into the power outlet on another. This makes it easy to use if your wall output is slightly far away. Besides, it also comes with a 24-month warranty!

However, the only issue, as pointed out by some users, is that it tends to get rather hot when all 4 ports are in use after which it slows down the charging speeds.

All the previously mentioned multi-port adapters on this list would split the power in all the ports meaning you couldn’t charge your phone and a big laptop at the same time. This adapter fixes that since even if you connect your Pixel 7 and charge it at 30W, you still have 110W output from the other USB-C port which is more than sufficient for a high-power device.

The USB-A port caters to small devices or can even be used to charge an additional smartphone. Alternatively, if you’re using the charger on your desk, you can attach a wireless charger to the USB-A port while using the 2 USB-C ports for your Pixel 7 and a laptop. Of course, this charger isn’t perfect. Some reviews say that at times, it doesn’t output the complete 140W and gets limited to 100W. This can be an issue if you’re trying to charge something like a gaming laptop.
