The front end of the recently discovered 2023 MINI Cooper Selectric looks the same as the model in the official teaser image released by the automaker.

Of course, there is no spoon on the hood, but the shape of the hood, the headlights, the stretched octagonal grille with smaller air intakes, and a small front splitter are all the same.

Along the side, the 2023 MINI Cooper Selectric has flush door handles, black columns and mirror caps, and on the top, it also has a skylight.

At the back, the car brand provides a set of clearer taillights for the new MINI. The taillights are connected by a black horizontal bar, and the rear-view camera protrudes from the horizontal bar.

In addition, there is a small roof spoiler, a bumper with vents, a parking sensor (the car also has a sensor and a front camera), and the lack of them is eye-catching dual central exhaust pipes.

Of course, this is not the only clue that this is an electric MINI, because the "S" in the Cooper S nickname is painted green, letting people know that this model relies on the energy stored in the battery to run the box.

Inside, the recently discovered 2023 MINI Cooper Selectric does not have a traditional instrument panel for the driver. Instead, there is a prominent head-up display, which should provide all information to the person driving the vehicle.

In addition, the size of the central touch screen has been greatly increased, and it is hoped that most of the surface can be used this time. One can also see the contrast stitching on the seat, the central front armrest, the minimalist door card and the switchgear under the central display.

Although the forthcoming fourth-generation MINI electric model has adopted a 3-door format, it is expected to launch a 5-door model, as well as a convertible, but only until 2025.

Gasoline models are also expected to arrive in 2023, and customers can also choose to purchase sporty John Cooper Works models.

Since the brand's goal is to achieve full electric by 2030, this may be the last generation of MINI to provide gasoline-powered and electric versions.
