The Nintendo Switch is portable, but for a while it cannot connect to a wireless Bluetooth headset, which is a bummer. However, now that this feature is available, you can use the best wireless headphones whether you are on the sofa or on the go. They provide simple Bluetooth pairing, excellent sound quality and wireless connection to make your gaming experience more convenient.

I recently had the opportunity to test the EKSA GT1 Cobra true wireless gaming earbuds. They are the perfect Switch accessory because they are small, have excellent sound quality, and are as portable as the Switch itself. I can even throw the charging case with earplugs into my Switch case and take them with me when I leave home!

Bottom line: These earbuds provide excellent sound quality and excellent battery life, allowing you to use them all day. Although there are touch controls, there are no volume controls, but if you adjust the volume through the Switch or your phone, there will be no problem.

EKSA GT1 Cobra True Wireless Earbuds can be purchased from Amazon or EKSA's website for $46. They come with a stylish cobra head-shaped charging case that provides up to 36 hours of battery life. Although they are not the cheapest wireless earbuds on the market, they are still very cheap and far from a premium choice.

As you would expect from any wireless earbuds with a charging case, these earbuds are very easy to remove and magnetically reconnect to ensure they are charged when they are in place. The box comes with three different sizes of earplugs, so you can find the earplugs that best fit your ears. It is equipped with a USB to USB-C charging cable, and there is a USB-C port on the back of the case for easy charging.

The "cobra" part of the name comes from the fact that the design of the charging case looks like a cobra head. The bud itself also has the atmosphere of a gamer, and has a viper design, with two eyes on each bud. In general, it gives a sense of avant-garde and seems to complement other game designs.

When plugged in and charged, an indicator light will light up on the front of the case to show how full its juice is. However, unless you use your phone’s Bluetooth function to check, there is no quick way to check the battery life when you unplug it. However, after using the earbuds for a while, I found that I can charge from the case about four to five times before it itself needs to be charged, so this is not something you often need to know.

To check the clarity and volume of the earbuds, I played Hades on my Nintendo Switch and paired them with my phone to listen to music and make a few calls. In both cases, the pairing process is very simple and only takes a few seconds. The sound is very clear, and these earplugs have no problems hitting the high and low frequencies. I didn't notice any lag, they felt so comfortable that I completely forgot that they were in my ears. When I call, my voice is loud and clear due to the included microphone, and I can easily hear the voice of the person I am communicating with. The built-in microphone is nothing special, but it can pick up sound very well. I found that tapping between the music and game modes slightly changes the sound balance, resulting in a pleasant experience in both situations. Which one you decide to use really depends on your preference.

They felt so comfortable, and I completely forgot that they used to be in my ears.

Very common these days, these earplugs also have touch controls. By tapping any earbuds a certain number of times, you can turn them off or on, turn on pairing, pause music, activate the voice assistant, change the listening mode, and even answer, reject, and hang up calls. The blue lights on both sides flash, and the sound will prompt you to respond to the action taken by your finger. Although this is useful in general, the control does not always receive the correct number of taps with my finger, and sometimes executes the wrong command.

My biggest complaint about these earplugs is that they have no volume control. You would think that given their touch control function, this will be one of the available functions. Now, if you just use them with a mobile phone or Nintendo Switch, you can easily adjust the volume of the device itself. However, you will be affected by the capacity of the device.

At this point, these earbuds do not have an app, so there is no way to manually customize the sound balance. Therefore, if this is important to you, then this may disrupt the transaction. Having said that, I think the sound is really good when listening to several types of music and playing my Switch games.

There may be thousands or even millions of wireless audio options on the market today. If you are looking for a more traditional headset, you should check out the EKSA E910 wireless gaming headset. It has good sound quality and has a reading light on the side.

Looking for something more gorgeous? Easy SMX V07W wireless headset is another good choice, only this headset is equipped with RGB lighting effects on any headset for interesting effects.

Whether you are playing games on a Nintendo Switch or a mobile phone, having a good pair of wireless earbuds can make your experience better. EKSA GT1 Cobra is a good choice because they are as compact and portable as any of these devices. They handle a wide range of sounds, have excellent clarity and sufficient comfort. You can even use touch controls to switch modes or perform other operations more easily.

The biggest disappointment is the lack of volume control, so you must use a Switch, mobile phone or any other compatible paired device to turn up or down the audio. As long as this is not a problem, these are good choices for any gamer.

Bottom line: Put these earbuds with your Nintendo Switch or phone to play any game or listen to music on the go. They provide excellent sound and plenty of comfort!
